What an incredible meal ! Being a Chef Restaurant owner it’s hard to please ! We’ve been in the UK now 20 days and have eaten at several places in London, Manchester, Bath , Liverpool and Edinburgh. This has been by far the best experience. The staff was amazing, The young man Dylan is incredible. Keep him around , he’s great with the guest and is knowledgeable with both the food menu and drink menu . Nicole and Meghan were fantastic as well ! Can’t wait to tell my staff back at home of the Great meal and service we had here in Inverness ! Thank you . Cheers ! Dietary restrictions: They asked before the meal if we had any restrictions!

We had lunch and sat upstairs by the window. Megan served us and she was polite, friendly and efficient. The food was excellent. The goats cheese salad as a starter, was delicious. Followed by the smoked salmon and the beef cheeks for mains. We couldn’t fault a thing.

We had our anniversary dinner here. It was a quiet night, and the service and food were lovely. We had the Beef Wellington for two with Chianti and sticky toffee pudding for dessert.

Reasonably priced lunch menu with interesting starters and varied mains. Rump steak was tender, mushroom courgette pasta tasted fresh, meatloaf was surprisingly tasty and hake was huge. Wines of the season went well with the food. Service was ever at hand. We ordered 4 sets for the 5 of us and the staff brought offered extra plates and cutlery without prompting. Nice view of the riverbank. This place is bustling cos they are getting something right, and if they go on this way, they can't help but keep succeeding.

Amazing food and pretty fast considering it’s very full when we went in on a weekend noon. We had a reservation but others who came in before us without one were turned away, so make sure you have reservations if you really want to come here. We walked out with full stomachs and smiles. Highly recommended!

We arrived just in time to enjoy the early evening menu. Food and wine were great whilst enjoying views of the river from our table. Very good service from all involved.

We came in quite late on a Saturday evening and the place was packed. Fortunately the waiter who greated us found a table for us. The atmosphere was great, all wait staff extremely friendly and the food was amazing. I had the pan seared salmon and the sticky toffee pudding (home made). I nearly inhaled all the food, it was so good. We are only in Inverness for the night, but when I come back I will definitely come back to this restaurant.

This pub is truly a gem! The food was exceptionally tasty and of high quality, making every bite a pleasure. The standout feature, however, was the staff. Their warm, welcoming, and helpful demeanor made our visit unforgettable. The atmosphere of the pub is cozy and inviting, creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxing meal. If you’re looking for an outstanding dining experience with a friendly touch, this is the place to go!

Seriously, best food I’ve had in Scotland! Had the chicken the first night and so good I came back the second had the Cullen skink and steak and ale pie. People also the nicest.
