“Bad Girl Bakery has a wide range of sandwiches, bakes, cakes, and excellent coffees. Their development kitchen and cook school is located in their hometown, Muir of Ord, and their award-winning cafe is the anchor business in the new Food and Drink Hall in The Victorian Market in Inverness. Jeni is the owner and baker of the bakery. The bakery produces tens of thousands of portions of cake a month and serves cake, coffee, breakfast, and lunch seven days a week with a staff of 25. BAD GIRL BAKERY REVIEWS

Wow, what a find! We went looking for breakfast and had intended on going to another unnamed place in Victoria Market but the owner seemed very put out with us being there. We had to walk past Bad Girl to get there and were mesmerized by their display case. My husband got the bacon cheese bake and it was so good I ate half of it. We also had the lemon drizzle muffin and OMG blew us away to the point where I ordered their cookbook from Amazon on the spot. If I lived here I’d weigh 500lbs.

Great place to stop and eat, food is not cheap - but then you are not getting cheap food, The ingredients are very fresh and you are getting good, powerful tastes. the quality and portion sizes are excellent. We both had a toasted sandwich each and shared a sausage role, in hindsight: could have shared a sandwich. I would most definitely recommend and definitely go back when in Inverness.

We got a pecan carmel bun which was very good! Sticky and sweet! Also got the hashbrown bacon cheese pastry which was yummy.

The photos say it all! Best Bakery in Inverness. Great soughdough. Good coffee. Oh my the pastries! Staff are lovely. Parking isn't the easiest. There are a few spaces outside but not loads. Get in early if you want a cruffin because they go fast! We got an almond croissant (huge!) and a danish first time round. Went back the next day earlier to ensure we got the cruffin! It was delicious. Blueberry flavour (see pics).

Yummy! We searched high and low a day earlier for place to be opened before 8am, as our train was going to leave early. This place opens at 6am and we were in for a treat! Pastries, cakes, sandwiches and bread! I wish we had more time. Their croissants are yummy and so are their sandwiches. Prices are reasonable too and service is quick.

Happened to google and found this gem. Shared a coronation chicken sandwich with rye bread, scotch pie, crossiant. The food was great and bread was very fresh amd taste nice. The price is reasonable. Highly recommended.

When in Inverness, you should definitely give XOKO a try! They have an amazing selection of goodies and the menu is super interesting! Everything looked delicious! Their sourdough bread was one of the best we’ve tried and the spicy Korean bowl was so flavourful and filling! The atmosphere was great and the staff friendly and quick even though the place was buzzing. They also have a big selection of different kombuchas and sodas. Definitely going back next time we are in Inverness!

Well in Inverness , this should be a stop for breakfast , can't explain in words how delightful I was to discover this coffee house, I'm absolutely not a coffee person and this place is where I would always for coffee and cakes. And our host Òrka ( might be pronouncing wrong) she was brilliant.

We enjoyed getting coffee and breakfast here each morning. Coffee was our favorite that we had in all of Scotland actually. Pastries were excellent.
