Tried out the wee bar upstairs before our dinner time and the staff where very informative and helpful. Tried some new cocktails . The main dinner was also well presented. The place was quiet busy in the evening but the staff where on top of it and supported us all with an individual touch to service. I would definitely recommend a dinner date or two before you leave Inverness.

Great location, staff friendly, accommodating for menu option's. Food delicious. Highly recommend. Thank you for a pleasant evening. Alex was our waiter, friendly and helpful.

We had a delightful experience at Prime. The food surpassed our expectations. The scallops with black pudding were delightful, and the spicy twist on the mussels was just perfect. The main courses were equally impressive; the filet and chips are definitely something worth recommending.

THE FLUKE REVIEWS

We had our wedding here in June of 2024. It was so perfect and cozy. We had about 60 people fit comfortably. Plenty of space to dance. Food was buffet style and so tasty. All the staff were friendly and accommodating during the run up to the wedding day, and on the day itself. Very reasonable price as well. Would definitely recommend.

I was here on business and staying locally for 3 nights. I went to the fluke the first night and was welcomed by the local homely atmosphere. I had food in the restaurant and it was lovely . I was planing to go into the town, however was so impressed I went for food and drinks again the other 2 nights. This bar is a wonderful peaceful place, locals so friendly and so welcoming and real people . I’d like to thank Dayna, Kelly and Zoe for looking after me on my trip and would highly recommend it you all. Thank you stuart.

The staff were amazing and are a good laugh as well. The service is prompt and efficient. The pub quiz is great the quiz master does a great job making it fun and enjoyable for all. Overall I couldn’t ask for a better experience from the staff and patrons.

NUMBER 27 BAR AND KITCHEN REVIEWS

Came in for a spot of lunch after a long morning exploring Inverness. We discovered the amazing lunch menu (2 courses for £20!) and couldn’t resist. We ordered drinks and food, and everything came over promptly. The mussels were EXCEPTIONAL. My pie was also delicious and the pastry top very flaky. We loved everything, and would highly recommend. The only very slight negative was that we were automatically charged for pints of soft drinks as appose to standard size without being asked. When I queried it, they happily changed it on the bill but it was a bit odd.

We came here by chance, we spotted No27 just off one of the main shopping streets. Luckily we got a table here because the place was really busy. I had fish and chips and my partner had a steak pie. The steak pie was really nice with tender meat inside. My fish and chips were standard fish and chips. The sauces were in sachets, the tarta sauces sachets were hard to open. I like the fact they bring water to the table. Id come here again given the chance.

Had a great meal, didn’t have to wait to be seated during the week for 2 people. The Cullen skink was nice and hearty, perfect for a chilly night. The salmon was delicious as well.
