I came to this store to buy my sons first shoes. The lady that helped us was amazing. Didn’t catch her name, but she had short brown hair and glasses. She took her time with my little one showing him the measuring device and speaking too him on his level before measuring his foot, this massively calmed him down and he was relaxed the whole time because of this lady. I went too Teeside Clark’s this past week to get him another pair of shoes and had a total opposite expierence, the assistant rushed us, my son didn’t want too he near the assistant as was grabbing his foot and rushing. So I just want to say I will be coming to only Durham Clark’s from now on because your employees are amazing.

Super service when granddaughter had her feet measured for the first time. There was no rush lots of options were shown and tried on. Very professional and no pressure to purchase the most expensive. Highly recommend. Staff were wonderful.

Staff were very attentive and assisted my 4 grandchildren ( 3,5, 7,9 ) without rushing. Each child tried several pairs before choosing their favourite.
