A great shop to upgrade your phone. A comfortable experience from start to finish, I chose my new phone and had everything explained with no grey areas. I was looked after by Fiona who was lovely and stayed back late to transfer everything from my old phone to the new one and explained everything I had to do to get a 25% discount on my airtime plan for the length of my contract which will save me £'s. I would recommend o2 Durham to anyone.

Absolutely excellent service today when we went to upgrade my daughters phone. Nothing was too much trouble. Huge thanks to Danielle, second to none service. Keep up the good work guys xx.

I have used this gentleman twice now, both times for a repair to phones with damaged screens. He is extremely polite and helpful, and he ensures you get a sensible price for your repairs. I would definitely recommend him for any phone related repairs and assistance you may need. Both repairs he carried out were done swiftly and without any delays. A pleasure to do business with him.

Came from out of town, phone was frozen, looking desperate help. I stumbled upon this shop, and Qaiser fixed it for me as I explained what’s wrong. Took him seconds. Brilliant guy and excellent customer service.

A very nice man. I wish everyone in Durham can come to his shop and not go anywhere else. He fixed the phone absolutely well with no issues. He’s good at what he does. PLEASE TRY HIM.

Very friendly staff. There is hand sanitiser at the entrance if you have not brought any with you. Offers for buying and selling are usually good but not all the time as now and then a few games will be cheaper to buy new rather than pre-loved. Other than that I've never had a problem when buying any games from them.

Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and we have bought several items here. A true test of a company is its after-sales service and an issue with my daughter's phone was sorted out efficiently and politely. Durham Cex, we thank you.

I went to CeX at Arnison Centre & in Durham. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and they helped me to find the DVD I was looking for in each branch.
