Purchased a bike here and received a great service. Listened to what I was looking for, not pushy and knowledgeable. After pointing me in the area of bikes that were suitable they left me to browse and said just shout if you need anything, I prefer it that way rather than a pushy salesperson. Chose the bike I wanted on the morning and collected mid-afternoon after it had been built. Would I recommend? Most definitely yes, in fact a friend asked where I got my bike and he went to get one from Infinity Cycles also.

I’ve been with my dad and my mate to collect new bikes.. I’ve used them for repairs and on every occasion they’ve went above and beyond! By far the friendliest and most professional bike shop and repair centre! I couldn’t get my tubeless tire to seat went in they put all the effort in rectified the issue and didn’t charge!! Unreal bike shop and I’ll only ever use them!

Dropped in to the repair shop one evening as my partners rear hub had broken down,( bike purchased else where) , Friendly, knowledgeable and Mega quick turn around. Will continue to use for all of our servicing, repairs and work now!

Inspiral have always been a little independent bike shop with huge customer service. They have always looked after my husband and myself with whatever we've needed. This time round I was looking for an E-Bike. Gary and the team were great, not particularly favouring any kind of motor and being honest about the realities of owning one, especially as a first time E-Bike owner and been off the bike a couple of years. I was met with nothing less than 5* service. Communication about timing, pricing, delivery, build couldn't be any better! Never had to chase once! And the bike was in sooner than expected! I was treat like I was their most important customer and nothing was an issue. Thank you all for just being absolutely fabulous and amazing service!

I had a problem and stopped at Inspiral Cycles hoping they might be able to help. They promptly sorted out the problem with my brakes and I was able to continue my ride. Excellent, very friendly, and reasonably priced assistance. A proper bike shop!

Very friendly and helpful.. it's ok to ask the 'silly' questions! Great selection of kit. We've just moved to the area and am so pleased to find this place.

Staff are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, providing lots of advise and support on bike maintainable. I've had my bike for service and new brake pads fitted. Excellent service . This has got to be the best bike shop in the North East. Staff go above and beyond. Very very pleased.

Perfect buying experience. I drove a 4 hour round trip to get my bike and I'd do it again!!! Fantastic bikes at competitive prices and a staff team that are exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I'll be back.
