Great experience in trying different mattresses. Excellent customer service at the Durham branch from Rachel who was very knowledgeable and attentive even making us a cup of coffee! We were in the store for almost an hour by the time we had tried 4 different mattresses and finally made our decision to buy.

We loved our Dreams Experience, from start to finish Leanne made us feel welcome and ensured we got exactly what we wanted for our new bed. Leanne went above and beyond for us and would definitely reccomend! Thank you again.

A perfect experience from start to finish. We ordered a 10ft x 10ft corner summerhouse from Jason, which was delivered and built with no fuss, even though there were level issues these were dealt with. The three lads who built the summerhouse were very professional and friendly. A couple of small issues, again these were dealt with expeditiously. We have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.

Purchased a divan set from Durham branch. Great service from Kaylie, friendly and polite. Very helpful on selecting the correct bed. Thanks again.
