Left my solitaire to be made bigger (having previously had wedding ring made bigger). I was absolutely delighted again with the ring. It had also been cleaned and it is sparkling. Would thoroughly recommend. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

I have recently used Bramwells Jewellers for an engagement ring for my fiancée. I went in with lots of questions and help with the technical aspects of the rings. The staff are great and really knowledgeable about their products and craft. I got an emerald engagement ring it looks brilliant and I have an incredibly happy fiancée who loves it! Thank you so much to the staff at Bramwells!

Excellent, friendly service! I took my ring for a repair as it had lost one of its seed pearls – I was told it may take a few weeks to source a replacement that was the right size and colour, but I got the ring back in less than a week freshly polished and looking good as new. All for a good price too! Would recommend.

Excellent shop for jewelry and charm bracelets. Wonderful range of items on display. The customer service was first rate and very professional. Store was clean and tidy and well laid out. Great prices and price range for all budgets.

Fantastic customer service…wife had an old Pandora chain with a broken clasp…staff in Durham branch were more than happy to replace FOC! Young girl serving us had only been there 3 weeks and was very helpful. Of course we will return. Thanks.

I had a problem with my mother's day bangle having lost the clasp coming up to Durham on holiday. Laura managed to find a replacement for me. I am so grateful especially as my son need never know about it!

I was looking to get a ring from a high street jewellers but it was unfortunately discontinued and could not get it, similar ones were available but did not have any wow factor. I then found Andrew’s website online and emailed him my vision, he was very easy to talk to and advised he was able to help me out working to my deadline and within budget, the end result was better than expected, partner was extremely happy with it and knows that she has a custom made ring as well. Would recommend to anyone!

Honestly outstanding, in all aspects from getting the ring made listen to input helping sort and issues and making the process a nice memory, Andrew has helped so much this year and I am so happy he has been the one to help make an engagement ring for me. Consumer services 10/10 honestly Andrew is the best from designs to rings to help all around amazing and thank you so much for all the help
