Charlotte was very attentive and made sure that my skin and I received the best possible treatment and relaxation. I had the 90 Minute Back Massage with a Facial and Scalp Massage including the Hot Stones. What absolute bliss! All the ladies at Serenity are sufficiently trained in their field and I'd recommend them to anyone who is looking for some spa treatments whether its for themselves or a friend. The ESPA products they use smell gorgeous and they are well advised as to which ones will be suitable for your skin.

Lovely relaxing pedicure in a very nice salon. Staff are professional, friendly and attentive. My feet now look 100% better! Thank you

Had a shellac pedicure with Charlotte it was very relaxing. She then made sure my toes were painted perfectly. Very happy
