“Blackhouse offers high-quality, sustainably sourced steak and seafood with signature cocktails. The restaurant can accommodate 300 guests for cocktails and up to 230 guests for seated events. In their Himalayan rock salt chamber, all cuts are at least 28 days dry-aged and air-dried for 24 hours to provide an enhanced taste. All their steaks are served with your choice of chips or mash. Their Blackhouse Burger is prepared using Toasted brioche, chipotle mayonnaise, vine tomato, gherkin, and skinny chips. Blackhouse offers two outdoor dining areas, gift cards, and outdoor seating.

2025 Update: The restaurant ambience is wonderful and the staff extremely friendly. Blackhouse is the perfect fit for any group, couple, business, or friends.”

Really great steaks, perfectly seasoned. Had fillet and rib-eye, medium rare, and both were extremely tender. Leo was great at providing recommendations and making arrangements for the meal to cater to our needs perfectly (particularly with one vegetarian and another person who had never eaten beef before). It's a tribute to the quality of their food that even the latter finished everything! Enjoyed their salmon taco starter too.

Wonderful experience along with great food and the best of table service! The staff are incredibly informative. If you’re local to this amazing spot I’d highly recommend giving it a try! The wide variety of food and beverages surely has something for everyone.

Absolutely outstanding and easily as good as the Tower Bridge Gaucho, which we have visited several times. The staff really are superb, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food was sublime. I also believe that I may have found the best burger created with their Wagu burger.

1st ever visit. Lunchtime - staff were welcoming, polite & provided excellent service. Decor was cosy and classy. I had a main menu, bacon & cheese burger & crumble dessert, both were beautiful. Prices are reasonable especially considering the quality.

We came for the steak and cocktail night and it was such good value we ended up getting a starter and dessert too. Petra served us and she was lovely, very attentive and warm.

Enjoyed a lovely lunch at Miller and Carter Garforth. Excellent menu choice and food was delicious. Really good value lunch menu is offered in addition to the main menu. Extra shout out to our server today, Piers, who was really friendly and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Fantastic place! Great food excellent cocktails and absolutely amazing staff. Me and my boyfriend went to celebrate our anniversary and valentine's all in one, the place was packed and every server apologised for the waiting between drinks and courses. They even gave us our desserts for free due to the long waits (super polite and kind). The food was so good we would definitely come again. The only fault is that we were situated right by the doors so every time it opened we got the full brunt of the cold But all in all a brilliant place Thank you for your excellent service.

My experience was fantastic, I had steak there and I can say the best steak in leeds so far, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The only problem I had was, since the restaurant was a bit busy, we couldn’t get what we wanted as quickly as possible, so we had to wait. But overall was a great experience.

I've loved this place for such a long time. Yesterday's visit was celebrating an anniversary. Food was fabulous. The pea croquettes were outstanding! Service was excellent, attentive and personal. Emily, thank you for making our day so memorable. Loved the cocktail tales, too. See you again soon.
