Access Storage provided excellent service from start to finish for my student storage. Everything was explained clearly when I paid a deposit for the storage unit to check in and check out. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The storage unit was clean and access was straightforward. A great experience. Thank you to all the staff and manager.

Great space, friendly and helpful staff, very clean toilets - that’s always a plus for me in public spaces & a rare find Julian and staff on site went the extra mile when I needed some additional support on site, it’s much appreciated. LOVE the fact that I can drive right up to the unit. Game changer. Recommended.

Visited the store today and Store Manager Jenny answered all my questions and quires very accurately and professionally. Great service hard to come by these days. Nice atmosphere. Helped with ordering boxes online to get them delivered to my home. Would highly recommend they have amazing deals and great prices. Thank you Jenny.

Had such a wonderful experience with this storage unit all the staff I encountered were wonderful super friendly and always ready to help! Especially Jenny who helped me on numerous occasions. 10/10 recommend using them and the space is so clean.

Amazing location, very friendly customer service from account opening to closing. In general exceed expectations. I would give them 6 stars :).

Super-friendly, helpful staff who were very understanding of my peculiar situation (I wanted to store a broken bicycle that is hardly worth any money at all... which is a bit of an odd thing to want to do). The place was easy to find (it's huge, and yellow... can't miss it). The procedure here -- for registering to rent a unit, and for accessing the unit -- was somewhat more complicated than at other (smaller) storage places I have used in the past, but it was all explained to me very clearly. I'd booked an unnecessarily large unit by mistake and they immediately switched me to a smaller one, thus saving me a load of money, which I really appreciated. Whole thing was a lot less stressful than anticipated.

An excellent help from the receptionist staffs when moving out stuffs from the storage. They found me transportation to bring my stuffs which are extremely helpful as I came from overseas with no UK phone number.

Great service by Deputy Manager, Paul. Was very welcoming and easy to work with. Explained all the costs and breakdown of the contract agreement.
