From the first phone call to them to the collection of her ashes from them Lilles were so kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. On the day of her funeral they contacted me first thing to go over everything, and knowing yellow was her favorite colour and that she wanted a colorful service they wore yellow ties and button holes-it was a lovely touch.
