Vlad was really great. He was highly professional and very helpful in sorting out my problem which required a new motherboard. He did an excellent job fitting the new motherboard at a very good price. He even helped me return the defective motherboard that was sent in error as I was outside the country, which reflects his helpful nature. I have used his services more than once, and he helped me repair 3 different laptops. I don't go to anyone before asking him first for help. I highly recommend that you talk to him if you have any issues with a PC before going to someone else

10/10 Great guy, very knowledgeable, dependable and personable. I brought a mission to Vlad. I wanted to upgrade my near 6-7 year old PC for streaming and gaming. And boy did he deliver. After looking tirelessly for a repair shop and coming up empty handed. I was recommended to Cocotec laptop repairs by a family member. Was amazing service very friendly and understood exactly what I wanted. Had my Pc repaired cleaned and checked. In full working order for me the next day. Highly recommend and will surely be using him again.

Highly recommend, Thomaz is friendly efficient. Once I gave him the model number I was given a quote straight away. I brought my laptop to Thomaz on Thursday with a cracked screen and it was ready by Saturday 9am . Thank You Thomaz great job.

Perfect service. Excellent communication and Tom fixed my laptop within 24 hours for a very reasonable price. I am 75 years old and not very tech savvy and Tom was very patient and friendly. He will be the first person I contact for any future laptop repairs.
