Rented a room at short notice. Not a problem, showed me around, had the choice of different sizes. Made sure it was the right size for me by listing all the furniture I was wanting to store. Explained what store protection was and how much I should take to cover my stuff ( it's insurance cover) Mehul Neil and Barrie run a great service here and it's clean and bright. You will be hard pushed to find better.

Beat value in Peterborough! I moved from another storage unit as the price was so much better here. Customer service is amazing, very attentive and i would recommend to anyone looking for storage in Peterborough.

Excellent Service from Mehul who was very helpful. Highly recommend this self storage.

On site staff very helpful and accommodating, they explained everything very well including what I would be paying long-term after the initial discounted period as I plan to be here for a while. Storage areas and access corridors are clean and well maintained as are toilet facilities, there are also sufficient quantities of trolleys available in the loading bay. Yard and storage access secured outside office hours with 24/7/356 self entry access available which is perfect for me as I sometimes need to pop in at weekends, public holidays and nights and most other facilities didn't offer this level of accessibility.

Storage facility is of a high standard. Easy access 24hrs a day 7 days a week .Safe ,secure and overall peace of mind that all belongings are kept in a controlled environment. Staff on site for support and assistance if required .

I have 3 containers at this site and the team are very helpful. Laura is exceptional. Highly recommended.

Great team of people, who are more than happy to help, are polite and courteous. Never felt pressured into purchasing anything more than I needed. Stored stuff here for over 12 months, never any issues, rooms are spacious, clean, and easy to access. I am more than happy to recommend them for all of your storage needs.

The attendant was lovely. He took extra time to make sure I was comfortable with the room I rented and how to get into the building. We had a lovely chat. He made the experience very enjoyable.
