Incredibly reliable, prompt and friendly service at very reasonable costs. We always make use of Durham City Taxis for transfers to and from Newcastle Airport. They can always accommodate our large luggage requirements at short notice. Can heartily recommend.

I used them 4 times in less than 24 hours and each time they arrived quickly and efficiently. The text reply system is very good and the 3 different drivers were friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone and will hesitate to use them again in the future.

Great Taxi Company. Excellent punctuality and really easy to book. Great communication throughout to organise drop off and a collection. Vehicle was clean and well maintained and the driver was extremely friendly and sociable. We booked at the last minute and will definitely be using them again.

I am using the airport taxi services of Airport Express for many years now. They have always been quick and reliable. I am often traveling by plane due to my job, so with their services I have one thing less to worry about, even when my flight departs or arrives in the middle of the night. The communication (including the confirmation of bookings) is always very prompt and reliable. The car is always on time. Even when I had a sudden delay of my flight back to Newcastle (for example during covid times...) I was always able to reach them by email and phone quickly in order to reschedule. The prices are also competitive in the market. I can only recommend them!

This company which I have used for the past 10 years or so, has tremendous records of punctuality and comfort. I use it several times a year to transport my wife and I to Newcastle Airport and on occasions Durham /Teeside Airport. Their service I have always found to be beyond reproach, and the value for money outstanding. I hope you use and appreciate them as much as I do. Cheers.

This company was recommended by several friends and I can see why. Durham to Newcastle airport with a pick up time of 3.15 am. Not a problem. They arrived on time and got us to the airport quickly. The return pick up was just as good, and we had friendly and polite drivers in both directions. A great start and end to our holiday!
