Amazing!!! Such a friendly and helpful person. I needed to go to an important hospital appointment in Ormskirk during a train strike. He made this dreaded day an absolute delight. So welcoming to my little doggie and to myself. I was so grateful that I wanted to use his service again two days after :) If I ever need a taxi again I will for sure only use his service and recommend him to everyone. Thank you ever so much!!

Absolutely fantastic service! Great to chat with and very polite. Was informative in regards to other travel issues I had, pre-warning me the trains were cancelled one day and went out of his way to get me safely to my destination. He was on time and great company!

Excellent service , I wouldn’t use anyone else in the lancaster and Morecambe area. Clean friendly and always with a smile , very professional and I would highly recommend

Couldn't recommend CPAC taxi service enough! Chris provides a fantastic, friendly service , personable yet professional. Went over and above to help us enjoy our holiday when our plans changed he picked us up last minute and again went out of his way to accommodate us, for which we are still extremely grateful. Everything you could ask for in a taxi service and he clearly loves his job. Without a doubt we will be return customers! Thankyou Chris!

Absolutely would not use anyone else , first time using last year , and the service we received was so good, arrived when said and was so friendly and helpful, and not a silly price you can pay for airport transport, so good we have book them again for this year, would recommend booking early as they soon get booked up that’s how good they are ,

Fantastic service! Chris is reliable, friendly and was great with my young children on a long journey. Nothing is too much trouble and his prices are incredibly reasonable. I'll never use another service and recommend him to everyone!

Overall very pleased with the service. Office control staff very helpful and the cost reasonable. We were worried by reviews but needn’t have been. Booked in advance and asked price. This was exactly what we were charged. Outward Taxi arrived on time. Return taxi had some difficulty finding us, as the location was off the beaten track. We didn’t mind that they were a few minutes late, because the office picked up the phone and explained the difficulty and that they would be there soon, which they were. Their service rounded off a lovely Saturday evening out. Thank you.

Always try to get me a car ASAP & know me by first name terms. I've always felt safe with the drivers & knowing they're db's checked gives relief for the kids using it.

Forever grateful to them for sorting out 3 different cabs in three different locations in the middle of the night during Christmas break.
