What an amazing and positive experience. From my initial consultation, through to my actual sessions, Tina listened, and made me feel so at ease. This was a new experience for me and honestly I benefitted so much from it. I came away from our sessions feeling calmer, relaxed and better equipped to deal with any potential triggers or upsetting situations that would have previously caused me anxiety . Physically, after an hour session, I felt like I'd come out of the best 8 hour sleep. I would highly recommend. The best kind of self care.

I had a number of sessions with Nicky to try to support me to navigate with an unexpected life event. Nicky is very skilled at putting you at ease and helping to understand the process. She was professional and empathetic which made a difficult situation easier to talk about without feeling judged. It helped me to focus on ways to deal with the difficulties I was experiencing and has really had a positive impact on me, thank you.

Tina has really helped me overcome my anxieties. I instantly felt at ease in her company. With her caring and compassionate nature it was impossible not to feel comfortable and relaxed. Victoria was great to work with. Liked her principle of ‘making you your own therapist’, to equip you with tools going forward eventually independently.
