After suffering with a painful ingrown toenail for over a year and 2 awful past experiences at other podiatrists, I visited Foot Works for treatment. Claire was extremely friendly and professional, ensuring to thoroughly talk through all the steps of the procedure beforehand. I was very nervous for the process but Claire was reassuring and gentle throughout, so much so I didn't even realise she had finished the surgery at the end! I highly recommend Foot Works for anyone that needs any foot treatment; I wish I had sorted my nail sooner as I had nothing to worry about at Foot Works!

Came to footworks with the aim to get my two big toenails removed. Years of football and neglect they had become pretty gross. Claire was absolutely fantastic, talked me through all options and decided to go for both removals and ensure they don't grow back. Thanks for removing my tortoise shell of a Nail Claire haha, honestly if I could give more stars I would! Absolutely brilliant. P.S they make a good cuppa and chocky digestives.

Had a lovely time today at footworks, the lady on the counter was lovely and friendly and made me a foot spa while I was waiting which was really kind of her . Amanda did my nails she was chatty and knowledgeable and really lovely - a really nice place and I would definitely recommend thanks.

My family have previously used Joanna for ingrown nail treatment. After over a year of suffering constantly with the most horrendous ingrown toe nails on both big toes and them previously being done by the NHS I decided it was time to try again and get Joanna to sort my problem once and for all. Previously having had the surgery I had some anxiety going into it and the entire time I was calm and relaxed. The after care I have experienced is beyond anything I have ever experienced. I can really tell that Joanna really cares about every single patient she has. I really can’t thank her enough for fixing my toes.

I was recommended to Joanna by my sister and wasn't disappointed. She was very thorough on my initial visit and diagnosed the problem with my R foot/heel. She gave me heel lifts and exercises which I duly followed. After about a month there was a noticeable improvement and this continued over the coming weeks. She replied quickly to any questions I had and also didn't try to sell me any footbeds as she said mine were quite adequate. All in all a very good experience and I can highly recommend Joanna.
