The staff are lovely and very helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they'll give health advice where and when they can. Prescriptions are nearly always ready to collect or they'll even deliver if asked, if a prescription is not ready they're quick to get it done whilst you wait. The longer opening hours are great too.

Just changed nominated chemist from Birkenhead to claughton as waited over 2 weeks for Birkenhead chemist to sort me meds out. The service at Birkenhead is disgusting always waiting for meds over 2 weeks and never have what you need. Changed to claughton this morning and my Dr reissued my repeats to claughton and they already received it preparing it. Brill service from claughton.

Excellent, professional and helpful staff. Sufficient seating. Staff go out of their way to help - always kind and respectful. Always quick. A brilliant pharmacy. *****

Amazing service from Fergie the Pharmacist yesterday. He made me feel completely at ease about my medications and instructed perfect use for them. He spoke to me in a private room ensuring my details were kept confidential and even stayed open a few minutes later to ensure i had the correct prescription. Would definitely recommend this pharmacy.

Got stuck in bit of a situation and the pharmacist who was working at this pharmacy was an absolute life saver, I left my medication at home whilst visiting and this pharmacy made sure I did not go out with any medication, the pharmacist and all the colleagues deserve some recognition, the staff were absolutely amazing !!!

I am too poorly to pick up my prescription and thought I'll see if my pharmacy delivered. Went online found the cat put my request in no time message saying yes tomorrow.. fabulous and with.
