Matthew was amazing on Thursday. I came home to find my cat extremely poorly. We took him up to see the vet as an emergency. It was too late for him and he had to be put to sleep. Matthew was amazing he let me have time with Coco before he was put to sleep and I held his paw when he went. I was devastated but the team were great. Thank you for your kindness.

On looking for a vets for our Dog Daisy to be speyed I was recommended by my dog groomerK9 Style byFaye to visit prenton vets after booking and given an appointment mr Pope met me and did the operation on Daisy which was a huge success the staff we very care ring I definitely recommend Prenton vets Thanks again from me and Daisy.

BIRCH VETERINARY CENTRE OXTON REVIEWS

We moved to this practice after multiple bad experiences at our last practice and couldn’t be happier. We’ve just had our 1 year old collie spayed and she came home happy even immediately following the procedure. She was clearly well looked after and we were told she had lots of cuddles (which she clearly did, I’ve never seen a dog come out of surgery so happy!). The reception team are always friendly and helpful. There was a mistake with our flea&wormer order but this was fixed within a couple of minutes with no fuss. The team are all very knowledgeable and clearly care a lot about their work. The only downside is parking can be a little tricky as the road is small and there isn’t a lot of spaces.

Amazing! Highly recommend this practice. The team are wonderful with all the animals. I took my dog in to be spayed and the vet took her time to explain everything in detail and calm my nerves.

It’s a really good scheme, and gives peace of mind that my cats are well.

Couldn't recommend this vets more! The reception staff are amazing, they care about both animals AND their human carers! I was a nervous wreck with my kittens and they were so lovely. The vets and nurses obviously love animals, they answer all questions and keep you up to date with info. They also respond to emails very quickly. Plenty of parking and it's very clean and cool inside the reception area with a little boxed-off area for cats (or other scared pets, I assume).

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Been taking our dogs here nearly 4 years now and couldn't pick a better vet. They are always happy to answer any questions and give advice. Highly recommended them.

Lovely, caring staff good communication and easy payment.
