After booking our holiday with TUI online we had a notification that our flight coming home had been cancelled. I called TUI & spoke to someone who kindly helped me secure a flight home for the following day & extend our stay by an additional night. A few days later the app was not showing this amendment nor had I received confirmation of the changes. I popped into the Canterbury branch & spoke with Amber who could not have been more helpful. She spoke to her colleagues on the phone & confirmed all the amendments, within 2 hours I had confirmation via email & on the app. Amber really helped putting my mind at ease & next time I’m booking a holiday I will be sure to go in & see Amber

She took on board everything that we requested within our budget and was so efficient she got us the best deal available. Explained everything so clearly couldn't have gone any smoother.
