LONGLEY'S PRIVATE HIRE REVIEWS

Have used Longley twice now for 2 return journeys I have found the cars to be clean and comfortable with mod cons. The drivers have each been polite and very helpful.one a scottish fellow went out of his way to help my friend and I negotiate the canterbury University campus.and today both drivers were very helpful getting my mobility scooter in and out of the car boot.so thank you Longley and your drivers.

Longleys taxis are reliable and efficient. The upfront pricing and the app are helpful. We had a minor issue on the day but upon contacting them they were courteous, helpful and professional in resolving it. Highly recommended taxi company.

Excellent as always and Wendy is a lovely lady and Louise Jon all the drivers are. And the boys and girls in the deserve a special mention. Every one of them is lovely I don't and won't use noise else and I often get 3 cabs a day

Lovely chap Bogdan (Romanian) collected myself and three colleagues from opposite The Guildhall, initially to go to Wincheap to drop off two people, then a stop at a shop in Wincheap, then finally back to Harbledown. When I called my name came up on their display and the controller called me by my first name (a bit spooky) he said 5-10 mins, but Bogdan’s taxi arrived in just a few minutes! He was very friendly and I chatted in my broken Romanian about Romanian history and people! Thanks to him and the firm for a delightful trip!

The controller on the phone was friendly and helpful and even went online to check accurately where I needed collecting from! I was kept up to date with the driver’s arrival. She was fantastic- also friendly and very professional. Both members of the team are a credit to CabCo!

Very polite driver . Smooth run home without any problems. He was also very relaxed about the comfort break. We would definitely recommend him .

If I could give ten stars, I would. I’ve used this company a lot and they all, without fail, have been fantastic. Quick response, considerate drivers and dispatchers, on time, friendly and professional. Trips to hospital appointments and vet appointments have been made easier knowing I can rely on the drivers. All of them are great but a special mention to Darran Williams who has been wonderful at avoiding potholes, taking it easy and very kind after hospital appointments.

I was picked up from Canterbury Hospital yesterday evening to return home. I began to feel unwell. I asked the driver for assistence. On trying to leave the cab I collapsed. Your driver was brilliant, he helped with water and support, ensuring I got back into my home and settled before he left. His actions were way above the call of duty, and I'm very grateful. Please pass on my thanks to him personally. He is not just a caring human being, but does your company huge credit for customer handling. Brilliant. Thank you.

I am very pleased with the service. The vehicle arrived on time, even earlier than scheduled. The responses about the vehicle's arrival were prompt and efficient.
