Just superb service. I have used Oceans travel for a number of years and for a whole number of booking this year to India, Nepal and Algeria including bookings for a number of people all travelling at the same time. I am sure if you really hunt around online you may find a flight for £10 or £20 cheaper but what separates Oceans travel from any other agent is the level of support you will recive from your agent both with flights and organising any extras. I have had regular Whatsapp communication sorting out Visas flights etc and when the airline changed my flight details they made sure all my ticketing was re-sent through. A genuinely fantastic service which I will be happy to use on any trip I make rather than an online agency which has only a call centre service and no personal engagement in my travel. Well done - keep up the great service - a real rarety nowadays

The company have been super helpful. The service does not stop once you buy your tickets. They are very friendly and keep in touch and are very responsive. I’m actually surprised they have such a supportive customer service system. We have brought tickets from other agents in Derby and no one compares to the level of support Ocean Travels provide. Highly recommend.

With help from Kamal, who had booked our holiday to Dubai staying on Palm jumeriah.. We had a brilliant time, the hotel & staff where amazing, polite & friendly.. Luxury hotel must be seen. I would highy recommend .. Me & my wife, Kids had an amazing time. Don't let the August weather put you off, it's definitely worth it... Had the best customer service from Emilie. She couldn't have been more helpful and was so friendly and pleasant to communicate with. She ensured I got the very best price for my holiday and she helped me with my complicated booking. When I needed to amend the name on one of the third party flights she managed to do this for me without any additional charge. I feel very well looked after and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
