What an outstanding hotel! We are sitting right now in room 317 enjoying our 'runway view' So clean & spacious amazing service, food on offer especially as I am GF there is so much choice. The evening meal was amazing in fact the whole experience of staying overnight has been. Staff helpful &, very pleasant especially Zach on the meet & greet & the Manager of the restaurant today. This hotel is highly recommended.

We had a short 1 night stay at this hotel for a flight the other morning and we are delightly surprised by the excellent service we were provided by the hotel staffs. We had 6 pieces of luggage, arrived at midnight very tired, but they have all been well taken care of by the friendly and helpful staffs. In in all a very pleasant stay!

Fabulous hotel, spotlessly clean, very attentive staff. Brilliant rates, excellent location for East Midlands Airport, free shuttle bus and on site parking. Nice food and pretty reasonable prices at the bar. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

Upon arrival I was greeted with unexpected professionalism, enthusiasm and positivity! I was offered breakfast option and guidance to the use of the hotel facilities. Genuinely personable, friendly and warm reception leaving a really good impression. Thanks to the young lady (Jasmine), I had a great stay and the breakfast & coffee was of good standard. Thanks

We checked in around 1pm on 31/5 the lady on the desk was excellent and gave us an upper floor room with views over the city! She was a million miles better / helpful than the Leonardo Newcastle! We’ve stayed at numerous Leonardo hotels, numerous times! For us, this is the best one!

Stayed one night for a concert. Lovely staff, very helpful. Didn't get the name of the person on reception, dark hair, possibly a manager. She went over and above to make our stay special. Thank you.

HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS DERBY-PRIDE PARK REVIEWS

We had a two night stay here which was located perfectly for the train station and ideally for the festival we were attending. The check in process was straightforward and all front of house staff very friendly and approachable. The room was of a good standard and housekeeping was great too. Breakfast was of good quality and included in the room rate as standard for this brand. Our previous visit took us to the Holiday Inn at River lights but out of the two Pride Park was more preferable for our needs and I'd recommended it to others and will certainly be returning myself.

The staff were amazing, so friendly & helpful. The room was spacious & clean, the only criticism I have is the coffee cup & spoon in the room where dirty & I found a random curly hair on the tray & I had several issues with my keycard but other than that I couldn't fault the place & will be back next year.

Can't fault our experience at the holiday inn express..all the staff were welcoming..room was tidy and comfortable..and must give a special shout out to the manager Jack who went above and beyond to make mine and my partners stay enjoyable. Thankyou
