I arrived quite early for my appointment and the Receptionist kindly asked the Vet if it would be possible to see me ahead of schedule (which she did). The Vet was very kind and listened patiently as I explained my pet's symptoms , she fully explained the treatment she had decided upon and gave me step-by-step instructions on how to administer them to my cat. Her professionalism helped put my cat (and me !) at ease and was very reassuring. I would not hesitate to recommend Vets4Pets to any of my friends in the future

Thank you to the full team, but particularly to Katie for her care towards our beloved spaniel. The entire team are always professional, super friendly and seem to genuinely care about each individual animal.

I have a cat that is ill & twice I have turned up 26th & 27th July & have been seen by the veterinary staff straight away. The receptionist Laureen was awesome at assisting me & putting my mind to rest. Exceptional service

Outstanding care received today for our beagle Rosie from Ella. She was absolutely brilliant with her and listened to all our concerns and worked through them methodically. She handled Rosie with kindness and compassion but also knew when it was time to get the job done. Thank you Ella for your expertise and for also making the experience warm and heartfelt. We are truly grateful.

We've used Village Vet Caytons for many years for our cats and most recently our new puppy. I have always found the staff to have the highest standards of professionalism and knowledge.

Lovely friendly service, a warm welcome and the practice is spotlessly clean. All the vets are amazing and friendly. The practice dealt with the insurance without me needing to chase them too, well done on a great service.

My dog had a reoccurring ear infection and needed his ear drained. My dog is scared of his own shadow and is ‘head shy’ we saw Francesca for 3 visits and she was fantastic. She was gentle and showed compassion for him and us. From the vets to the reception team I could not recommend them enough.

From the receptionist to the vet we saw,such a lovely welcoming place. Certainly rubbed off on my dog who seemed to be totally chilled.
