After spraining my ankle badly, I found I continued to be in discomfort when doing any sort of movement/ exercise using my ankle and it was still swollen. I contacted Ebrahim for some advice and physiotherapy - my end goal was to be able to be pain free and introduce running again! He provided an amazing service from the outset, listening to my injury and then providing a detailed diagnosis of what the injury was and how I could overcome it. He introduced a tailored plan including an extensive series of exercises which gradually changed and altered as the injury improved. I found the acupuncture used in some sessions really helpful too! My ankle is now much better so thank you Ebrahim for all your help! Would definitely recommend his service! 5 star!

Went for a good few months and had a very good experience with Ebs. He was thorough and honest regarding the whole process and educated me well on how my recovery should go. I went for a ACL related injury and it's most definitely improved in the few months I've been here for. Hopefully I'll make a speedy recovery and with the help of Ebs, I see myself getting there sooner rather than later. Thank you Ebs.

I can’t recommend EB’s shockwave treatments enough! I had been struggling with tendinitis in my knee for a while, and nothing seemed to bring lasting relief. After starting shockwave therapy with EB, I noticed a significant improvement. The pain started decreasing, and my mobility improved. On top of that, EB provided me with a set of knee-strengthening exercises, which have helped speed up my recovery even more. The combination of the treatments and exercises has made a huge difference I feel stronger, more stable, and finally on the path to full recovery. My daughter has had a reoccurring heel injury for 18 months and having tried many different approaches and solutions, none of which lasted we came to see Ryan. He was absolutely fantastic with her. Spent ages understanding the problem, examining her and watching her walk and move. Ryan came up with a recovery plan, help and advice and we left feeling positive about her outcome. She is on the road to recovery now and not only that now understands the triggers, how to maintain her foot fitness and overall manage it without giving up the sport she loves. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone especially those with sporty children who are injured, but don't just want to give up on their love.

I had a very sore neck and back and was looking for someone that could treat me ASAP. Thankfully I found Redbourn Physio!! I saw Gordon and my neck already feels so much better. Gordon was kind, friendly and importantly skilled at what he does! I've already booked my next appointment and couldn't recommend them enough.

I had been struggling to walk for several weeks following a knee injury and was expecting a slow recovery but Paul quickly had my knee moving again and I have been so pleased to be able resume all my normal activities.
