ADAM SEALEY, M.OST - BACK PAIN SOLUTIONS REVIEWS
I have seen Adam for lower back pain issues for sometime which affected my mobility, had a number of weekly sessions for over a couple of months to help rectify the situation. I find him very knowledgeable and his customer care was impeccable. I am now able to continue with my routine gym sessions after work and walking distance has fairly increased as a result. I highly recommend. (M. Ram).
I came to see Adam with a specific issue but after a few visits, not only has this improved. but some long term problems have also been addressed. Adam was able to identify the causes of my back pain and to help me understand what I can do in the longer term to feel better. I am so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism - Alex S
This was my second time working with Adam and as with my lower back issues a couple years ago, he managed to really make a difference in my recovery this time around, too. Adam really takes time to get a full picture and regularly checks in on progress, which I really appreciate. It gave me confidence, that he explained the anatomy, what wasn't working properly and how we would tackle my recovery. A set of exercises for in between appointments were provided and updated based on progress made. Definitely good value for money and I would go again anytime. Can't recommend highly enough.
Adam helped me cure chronic back pain I've had for nearly 10 years. Not only am I out of pain but I have a plan moving forward if there are any flare ups, and I always know where he is if I need to go back. Can't recommend highly enough - I should've gone years ago! - Allison A
I had 10 sessions with Adam for ongoing issues with my ankle, foot and back. Adam was patient and informative and relaxed company. The sessions were tailored to my individual needs and the stretches I was given were doable and effective. At the time of writing this I am injury free and more mobile. I would highly recommend Adam as a therapist.

JO DAY, M.OST - HERTS OSTEOPATHY REVIEWS
Highly recommend! I've been seeing multiple practitioners for years here in Aus and none of them have worked. I was visiting the UK back in July and a family member referred me to Maria. After 2 visits I can honestly say I felt like a normal human again, I had so much more movement through my lower back and hips, with little to no pain.Maria is very knowledgeable, she takes the time to listen to your concerns. Maria's not persistently forceful like other practitioners she listens to your body and tries other methods to get the best results. Maria talks you through the whole process, I definitely felt so relaxed and at ease after visiting. Thank you Maria.
I have recently been diagnosed with endometriosis. I have been having a lot pain and discomfort so as previously discussed with Jo at Herts Osteopathy I’have had internal hands on treatment which was absolutely amazing. I am over the moon with the outcome and pain free. I would really recommend this to anyone who suffers with the same problem. This can genuinely improve your life. Thank you Jo.
Seeing Jo and the team have been an essential part during both of my pregnancy, and especially the postnatal phase. Absolutely love the massages by Julie, and the calming environment that she creates. Thanks so much!

AMEE, B.OST - AMEE SHAH OSTEOPATHY REVIEWS
Our daughter was 5weeks old when we first took her to see Amee as she would be in such distress any time she was put down on her back. Nappy changes were a nightmare! After just the first appointment we saw amazing changes, our daughter was able to lie on her back without crying for the first time. Really recommend Amee, her calm and gentle approach is brilliant!
I visited Amee for the first time today after searching for an Osteopath. Her google reviews from other clients are true. She was friendly, easy going and made me me feel comfortable and after the initial chat. Amee diagnosed my issues of lower back pain and I instantly feel great after the session. I can highly recommend Amee and will be going back for a follow up.
After a few weeks of back and neck pain not easing, I contacted Amee for help. At the initial consultation i immediately felt at ease as she investigated the source of my pain. After the first session I was already starting to feel so much better, and i only needed two more follow- up appointments until I was pain free. Amee explained everything she was doing and is very caring.Amee also helped make suggestions to improve my posture and provided exercises which I now do regularly. After feeling so much better after her sessions, I’m going to see Amee regularly to keep on top of things. I would definitely recommend her to others.
