As a client of Physical Balance for many years, I was recently recommended the new nutritionist service. Initially put off by the price, I eventually decided to look at it as investment in my future health, and I am so glad I did. Kathleen is an excellent nutritionist. Under her guidance I have lost weight, am sleeping better and my general health and wellbeing have improved enormously. Her approach has made the dietary changes simple and effective, I am eating more and still loosing weight. If you are considering this service I would have absolutely no reservations in recommending it, you will not be disappointed!

Best massage ever! Dee was so lovely and I really felt like she cared about my experience and wanted to help sooth my sore neck. She listened to my needs and made sure the pressure was right whilst making me feel comfortable and relaxed. Jo at reception was also very kind and welcoming! I thoroughly enjoyed my visit today and have already recommended 3 people to visit the clinic - one of which has already booked in. Will definitely return, thanks so much to the wonderful team.

Isabelle has a healing touch and after seeing her for acupuncture over a period of a few months I truly believe this to be true. I now have Tuina massage sessions with her and combined with the acupuncture I can’t recommend it enough. If you’re looking for someone who offers a kind, professional, ethical and holistically wholesome experience then look no further, Isabelle is the one.

I cannot recommend Isabelle enough, she is so well educated in her practise that it blew me away. Super professional and caring, I felt immediately at ease. I have had a comprehensive consultation and treatment and cannot wait to go back again, I only wish I hadn’t left it so long to book!

Isabelle is my go to practitioner! Her ability to tune into my needs through her careful diagnosis is incredible. Carefully combining her acupuncture, reiki, guasha and tuina skill to provide a powerful integrated treatment. Highly recommended.

I got in touch with Amy after months of a compressed nerve in my arm. I had been on pain killers had physio had seeked other private treatments. It was having a huge impact on general life. After 3 treatments it has alleviated it. I would highly recommend Amy she is very knowledgeable is so professional and listens. Brilliant!

Both my son(11) and I have been for acupuncture with Amy. She is very professional and I absolutely love the treatment room. I felt amazing after one session and have been back for another. My son also enjoys acupuncture and Amy was very good at communicating and building rapport with him.
