I’ve recently changed over to Brighton Hill Pharmacy after having a nightmare of a service from Neil’s Pharmacy (usually having to wait a week for my prescription to be ready to collect and then sometimes waiting up to an hour in a queue to collect it, to then even then being told it’s not ready and to come back in an hour!) Since changing to Brighton Hill Pharmacy, I’m beyond happy at the speed of my prescription being ready for collection (my last prescription I requested online in the evening and it was ready for collection by midday the following day!). The staff are always friendly and very helpful and I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes in a queue to collect; more often than not I’m in and out with my medication in under a minute! I honestly cannot recommend them enough and have already recommended them to friends and family who have had issues with collecting prescriptions from other pharmacies in the past. From ordering my prescription to collecting my medication at most is 24 hours so far (not including weekends). Every experience has been extremely positive. Will definitely continue to be a customer here and will keep recommending them!

Professional, incredibly helpful, and most importantly they just wanted to help. I needed my travel vaccination, and it was an amazing smooth process, I was seen very quickly, and appointment very relaxed and friendly. 10/10

Good pharmacy and great service always . Get a text message if your meds are ready . Only thing is have to wait longer when compared to other pharmacies/

Very friendly and professional staff. Once I ran out of my prescription and didn't request refill in due time and was scheduled to travel. They gave me 7 days worth to ensure I don't miss and adjusted it in the refill when it came through from GP. That's really going out of way for customer service.

I think this is a nice little pharmacy that copes with a high volume of work. The staff are friendly and work very hard. I collect my partner’s meds here regularly and never have any issues.

I've been coming here for many years and have never had a problem! The staff are always very polite even when it's very busy.

I feel i need to compliment and defend this pharmacy at times. Yes, there are long queues or wait for medicine. The population has risen, people are now more focused on health after the pandemic, and more people need medication. I have left this pharmacy and come straight back. I only left due to a friend working in the other one. As soon as they left, i came straight back to Paydens, i always get my meds in good time, there advice is fantastic and the staff are always friendly and willing to go beyond to help people like myself, who at this moment cannot leave my house alone. I have great respect for the whole team at Paydens as they are always busy, have a thousand and one prescriptions to do all week, andrew with the NHS in crisis, i applaud their continued dedication to the local community.

I always find that when I pick up my prescriptions or need advice, the ladies always go above and beyond to help. They must be so stressed with the amount of work they have to do, and I've noticed first hand the angry customers who give the ladies a hard time. This is a very positive review and thank all who work there.

Best Pharmacy we have used. Very professional staff who are also caring and friendly. They go out of their way to be helpful and supportive....keep up the good work and Thankyou.
