Had an eyetest here on Saturday, very informative and thorough examination. Have to shout out Gavin who gave 5 star service and lots of advice which was super helpful as my first pair of glasses! He took his time explaining styles and sizes to ensure I could find a pair that was right for me. Looking forward to collecting them in 2 weeks but had to recommend the service, best optician experience I've had!

Very good customer service. The process of changing my glasses was smooth and easy. All explained to me clearly and I got a mail to keep me updated on the progress of my glasses.

Very informative eye test. Thank you for speaking the time with me explaining all options available. Looking forward to the next stage.

I was having a headache and some dizziness for about two weeks. So I booked appointment online for an eye checkup. I got appointment the same day. Everything right from the reception to providing the solution was excellent. The opticians are so good. They were able to diagnose the exact problem and provided solutions. They suggested me glasses and my problem is now solved I can say. Cost is affordable I would say. They always have sale and offers for glasses. Delivery time is a bit long. That could be worked on. Overall a best place for optical problems. Thank you specs savers

The optician was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful — especially when it came to choosing the right frames from a good selection. They also offer a free 6-month “MOT” to check and maintain your new frames, which is a thoughtful added touch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for expert care and a more personal experience.

The sunglasses consultation went very smooth all thanks to Barry who was very friendly and helpful. It wasn’t rushed and I had ample time to make a decision with very good advice and no pressure whatsoever. Would recommend 100%.
