Great session felt good my trainer knew where every inch of my pain and its location was. She was excellent thoughtful, caring knew what I needed after a consultation. I highly recommend target therapy it liberated me from my pain. I was pain free for 24 hours felt marvellous. Unfortunately for me I have Sciatica Piraformis and my trainer suggested a chiropractor to repair as my pelvis is misaligned to have long lasting pain free life. The next day even though I performed stretches as suggested by my therapist the pain came back by next evening and will indeed book the Chiropractor very soon. I will of course go back regularly to Target Therapy once the chiropractor has completed his mission!

Booked in same day for a sports injury deep tissue massage with Arabella. I was so pleased to find somewhere I could book that day as I was in so much pain I didn't want to wait the weekend like all other places I found online. Arabella was fantastic, very knowledgeable and professional. I am already feeling much better and slept well for the first time in days thanks to her treatment. Thanks again Arabella.

Ive been to see Luis twice now at Charlotte McDonald Sports Massage and will definitely be back again. Im currently training for a strongwoman competition which means Im putting my body through a lot of work and any niggles or tightness Ive come across Luis has understood and given me more than enough exercises to incorporate into my daily stretches and how that will help overcome these niggles or issues. His massage techniques are excellent, communicates well with me throughout to make sure the pressure is right and always makes me feel comfortable.

Have had a few massages here over the years and every time has been great! Highly recommend multiple sessions to prevent pain/ knots etc from building back up.
