Paul was recommended to me by a former professional footballer so without question I booked a session with him and WOW I was not disappointed! Paul has a fantastic 'bedside manner', was excellent at explaining everything in simple terms and did a sterling job at not giving me the tiniest bit of wriggle room in re-negotiating the recovery time (not an easy task due to my disdain at being out of action and proclivity for negotiating anything and everything). Thanks to Paul I am now able to return to all activities I was completing prior to injury. Have recommended Paul to friends who are struggling with recurrent running injuries despite seeing other physios. Paul is brilliant and I cannot recommend him enough. Fantastic value and worth every penny!

Paul was excellent and has managed to get me back to playing as much tennis as I'd like, which I never really thought was possible again having struggled with back problems for years. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided tailored exercises which were really effective and didn't take too much time so were easy to stick to. The advice he gave was really logical and easy to follow. Wish I'd arranged an appointment years ago!

A whole new experience. I went to Square One in real pain and Jennie worked out the root cause of my back pain and put a plan of action into place to ease and relieve the pain. This meant I had to work at it, rather than expect to be pulled back into shape. The pain went and because I know what the cause was, I can avoid it reoccurring. The questions, conversation, treatment and the whole experience was professional, and to a standard, I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone in similar discomfort. Square One is one of the best of its kind. The staff are all welcoming and helpful and Square One itself has a very relaxing atmosphere. I have complex back and neck conditions and first visited Square One in considerable pain. Since then, I have had two courses of physiotherapy and cannot believe the relief I am now feeling. I could not have had better treatment anywhere and have total trust in all the staff. I would highly recommend Square One to anyone, however complex or long-standing their condition is.

I have been to Laura twice with severe back pains caused by a problem hip. She has sorted out the pain with the minimum fuss . I would strongly recommend the clinic, the booking system is easy and everyone is charming and friendly, not to mention a super physio.
