I got to know James and the team last year 2023 l was going through a very difficult time in my life and on top of that was having issues with my back. Oh my goodness lm so glad they were recommended. So knowledgeable and professional but it doesn’t stop there. It’s not just the treatment of your body but also your mind. I feel like lve been drawn into their little family. I’ve laughed and cried plenty… but every time lve been, lve come away feeling both physically and maybe more importantly, mentally better. Their ethos is that care isn’t just for the ailment, it’s also to listen, to care genuinely. No judgement, just kindness. I appreciate it sounds dramatic but l feel lve been to hell and back and their care has definitely been a part of putting my life back together and for that lm very very grateful.

I see Pam monthly for a sports massage. She is an outstanding sports massage therapist. Her expert use of various techniques has been transformative for me, and she goes the extra mile by teaching me stretches to do daily, which has greatly improved my posture. On top of that, Pam is a joy to be around—she's easy to connect with, and our conversations make each session enjoyable. I always leave feeling better, both physically and mentally. I also see James periodically to double check all is well with alignment. Again, he is very knowledgeable and approachable and an expert in his field. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing James for a few years. Initially I had a specific issue that he was able resolve. Now I see him every other month - like a regular MOT to make sure everything is aligned and i can continue to be as fit and healthy as I can be. James is very professional, but at the same time friendly and approachable. I would recommend him to anyone who is struggling with bones, muscles and joints.

Rhodes is fantastic! I have been seeing Rhodes for an issue with my lower back. After the first treatment I saw a huge improvement. Rhodes puts me at total ease, he has been very knowledgeable and reassuring throughout all the treatment I have had.I cannot recommend him enough.

I couldn’t recommend Callum more, I have been troubling with lower back pain. I had a couple of sessions with Callum he is very professional. He explains everything very well and after the first Session, I felt like a completely new man. Callum really knows what he’s doing, very friendly and explains everything as he does it. Callum is an excellent no-nonsense practitioner who truly knows his stuff and provides an environment of ease and comfort while working on the body. I’ve had several sessions over a period of time and he always leaves me feeling freer, released, structurally more aligned.
