We wanted some plans drawn up for a new build house on a sloping piece of land, which would have fabulous views but needed the perfect build to take advantage of these factors. John and his assistant listened very carefully and produced the perfect design for us. This needed planning approval and after a few pre-planning ideas had been altered the final house was perfect. John dealt with all the pre and final applications to the Bury Council in a most efficient and composed way. He was extremely patient with us and listened carefully when we kept changing our minds.
