I went here with 1 and a half blocked up ears and was really struggling to hear much at all, but the team with all their equipment had both ears cleared in no time, every step of what was going to happen and what they were doing was explained and put you at ease, I would highly recommend going here if you have any issues.

A fabulous service. Extremely professional. Appointment within 3 working days. Explanation on what to expect was excellent and concise. Highly recommend this practice if you require ‘ear syringe’.

Fantastic service. Second visit and it's great after years of ear wax problems I finally have someone to call who can fix the problem first time quickly and painlessly. Yes it's a little more pricy than other places but the different methods available to clear the wax really does increase the chances of success. I've tried many places over the years and I genuinely wouldn't go anywhere else now. Thanks and see you next time.

Many thanks to Lydia & her team for making me feel so welcome & cared for in their lovely Woodthorpe practice. Feeling confused about why I wasn't fully 'in the conversation' when out in a crowd, socially, I popped into their practice for a chat. Didn't know what to expect as I took a chance because I'd seen it many times in passing. Within only a few days I was professionally triaged & had compacted ear wax carefully & gently removed. Now 'back in the conversation' with my confidence restored. A friendly, comfortable, educational, speedy, no pressure & affordable service from start to finish. I can't recommend these guys enough. Thank you.

Needed to have wax removed and Arnold Hearing at Woodthorpe was recommended by a friend. From the first phone call to book the appointment to attending to have the wax removed the service was first class. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and put me at ease. I would highly recommend to anyone and if necessary attend again (hopefully not now I’m hearing in stereo ). Thank you so much Abigail and colleagues.

Visited Arnold Hearing Specialists today to have my ear’s syringed following on from a visit to my GP. I’d been suffering partial ear loss for a few months and it was beginning to often make me feel light headed and sometimes a bit disorientated, also quite frustrating. The team at AHS were very friendly, welcoming and professional. Very quick and easy procedure and I was amazed what came out of my ears if you are experiencing any partial hearing loss or discomfort and concerned about your hearing. I would highly recommend a visit to Arnold Hearing Specialist’s. Easy to find and park as it’s opposite the Vale pub in Daybrook / Woodthorpe.

Jeff is the audiologist everybody needs. He immediately puts you at ease. He is professional and knowledgeable, calm and reassuring. He is also an expert in the management of tinnitus, (which I have). He listens to your concerns, explains in detail the treatment available and advises on aftercare. I fully recommend The Ear Care Specialists Practice.

I visited Ear Care Specialists as i noticed by hearing had dropped. Dr Davies informed me i had a large wax build up. I opted for microsuction and the process was very clearly explained. Dr Davies was exceptionally professional throughout the procedure telling me what was happening it was all very calm. After the procedure i feel such relief the world was less muffled. A totally professional service i would definitely use again and have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends.

I had been some time ago and this place is really great. He uses modern equipment and techniques. Good experience all in all.
