Attended Zenith today for my first tattoo removal session! Very polite and professional staff on entry. I was very apprehensive about the procedure, since I had no idea what to expect regarding pain levels or outcome, but despite that Dr Maini was also very professional and very friendly. He was constantly talking to me through the entire visit and procedure which was reassuring. Although painful, it was over very quickly.

I went to have a private blood test taken. The location is great, very easy to get to by bus, train or by car. Easy walking distance from the city centre. The building is very impressive, and absolutely spotless. The reception staff are very friendly, welcoming and efficient. Dr Maini was lovely, I've never had blood taken so well, there's barely a mark he was so careful and very calming in his manner. I wouldn't hesitate to visit the clinic again.

I had the most fantastic experience at Zenith during my recent visit. The front-of-house staff were very friendly and attentive. I underwent my first tattoo removal session with the lovely clinician Debbie, and I was genuinely taken aback by how quick, smooth, and almost painless the process was. I have already seen great results; the laser they use is Pico so it’s the most effective technology out there, but it was also so reasonably priced!

Fantastic clinic, extremely professional and empathetic staff! All staff talked so nice to me, i had a bad experience in Turkey with masseter botox, that left me with asimetric face, and i was very affected by it and self aware not to be visible at work! I have searched few clinic around Nottingham to help me fix the issue, and came across Pureaesthetics, i am so thankful ! I had a consultation with Rachel, and later, Helen has looked into a way to help me! Helen has really helped me , she used a small amount of botox to fix my jaw assimetry caused by the doctor in Turkey, and it gave back my confidence! Another thing that i cannot belive still, is that she went on a length to help me ,so far,that she didnt charged me! I allmost had tears! Thank you so much Helen! Pureaesthetics is a great place that makes you feel reassured and relaxed, i would surely go for my next treatment there ,and would reccomend it to my friends for its proffesionalism and empathy.

Laser hair removal is great, from the first patch test visit to the treatment the staff treat you with care and respect. All my question were answered covered before I even needed to ask them, the professionalism and experience of the staff shows in how they take care over ever person, there advice is wonderful.

Had the hayfever injection a week ago and it has worked wonders! I'm a bit scared of needles but was made to feel very comfortable and could barely feel it. So happy to be free of hayfever symptoms and will definitely be back next year.
