I cannot recommend Chris enough. He's helped me reframe my thinking and gain confidence during some of the worst moments in my life. No matter how terrible or trivial your situation might seem going to someone like Chris is invaluable. If I could review his services with more than 5 stars I would.

Chris is an extremely considerate, adaptable and compassionate counsellor. I cannot recommend him highly enough and am eternally grateful for the significant changes he's encouraged in my life. If you're ever considering counselling, please do it - booking your first session can be the hardest part.

I came to Notts counselling in a tough place in my life but what an experience and wouldn't be in the much improved place I am today without Chris' help. Highly recommended.

At my time with Nadine at Solution Wellbeing Counselling, I have felt safe and heard, something I struggled to find in previous counselling services. With Nadine, I could better express myself and communicate my needs, creating a safe environment for my therapy. Nadine took the time to explain everything in detail, which helped me understand the therapeutic process more thoroughly. Her clear explanations allowed me to grasp the concepts and techniques we discussed, making the therapy more effective and meaningful. During this time, I have gained a deeper understanding of myself and developed tools to be more gentle and caring towards myself. This has significantly improved my mental health journey, for which I am incredibly grateful.

I’ve been in therapy with Nadine since the start of 2024 and based on previous counsellors/therapists I am very impressed with how she conducts herself in our sessions. Nadine right from the start has gained a good grasp on what I’m looking for and how I want to be better and has given me valuable advice and techniques for me to apply in my life. She makes me feel heard and I believe she is a great fit on what I want to improve on through constructive analysis that has changed and improved my quality of life. She creates a positive open environment to speak freely, makes you feel comfortable and cares about what you have to say whilst giving you the time you need. From the great therapy I have received so far I will be continuing to have regular appointments as Nadine has truly helped me. I would recommend Nadine to anyone who is struggling as she is a brilliant therapist.

I recently finished my counselling sessions with Tracy. Tracy has been so compassionate and caring whilst being down to Earth. I was put at ease by Tracy straight away and I felt comfortable to talk about any concerns I was facing. I was able to steer my sessions to what I needed at the time.
