Having been to various opticians over the years, in my opinion Specsavers provide the best service, choice of frames and value for money. The staff seem genuinely keen to give you their best and value your custom. I am delighted with my new glasses, they are both practical and stylish.

Had excellent service yesterday. I had an exemplary diagnostic session with opthalmologist Charlotte, who followed up an earlier appointment with insight and empathy. The fact she had good news about improvements in my eye health was an unexpected bonus and a testament to her skills and the equipment she works with. Lateisha's customer skills were strong, and she chased up (lack of) progress from the NHS with friendly efficiency. Great to get that kind of back-up. Same with Shireen, whose technical and interpersonal skills were much appreciated as she conducted tests with some impressive tech. Freddy was a star as he identified just the right and necessarily wide frames for my new lenses. He was kind and upbeat throughout. The fact I had such consistently good service also points to the Victoria Centre store being well-managed. Thank you.

Preeya and Krupali (Taylor) at Boots Opticians Victoria Centre were WONDERFUL!! Preeya welcomed me with such warmth and conducted my pre-screen tests and Optomap imaging with professionalism, patience and good humour. Krupali was THE most kind and beautifully articulate optom I have ever been with. She explained everything with the proper terms but with simple explanations so that I understood everything about my tests and images. Krupali was so patient with all of my inquisitive questions and I came away feeling informed and wonderfully looked after. I can get quite anxious about eye tests, and have fainted before now. BIG thank you to Preeya and Krupali for such a wonderful experience which banished all anxiety I might have had beforehand! They deserve recognition for the lovely smiles they still had on their faces at the end of, no doubt, a long Friday!

Great experience, it took two weeks for my glasses to arrive, however, the service from start till end has been second to none. Staff is friendly and provides helpful information. Collection process was great too, appointment reminders, they accommodated last minute changes to my appointment too without any fuss. Thoroughly checked the fit of my glasses, tested comfort, made sure I'm happy and told I can always come back anytime for any issues. Cannot be happier and relieved. I got the Boots brand flexi frames and boy they are super quality! Satisfied customer. Xx
