I called up on the off chance after having severe pain down my arm that has impacted my ability to work and go to the Gym. They managed to get me in within hours on the same day also there is an option to book online with a calendar that is very user friendly. Adrian was very knowledgable and found exactly what was causing my discomfort I would highly recommend his deep tissue massage will definitely recommend and revisit great service thankyou.

Went for a back massage due to a chronic lower back condition. Was very impressed with Agata, very friendly & clearly knows her stuff. She gave plenty of advice & identified other areas to work on. Would definitely recommend. Only one issue, very hot day and the fan was very noisy so as Agata knows they need a new one lol!

Wonderful experience as always! Jodie, Adrian and Christine have been amazing in helping my muscle recovery. Highly recommend.

I booked in for a hydra facial with Dina and was really impressed and suprised that the treat included a face, arm and foot massage! It was honestly such a pleasant experience. The facial left my face feeling so smooth and looking so fresh. I highly recommend booking in with Dina, she is very friendly, professional and a sweet person. I will definitely be back in the future and have already told all my friends to get booked in with her.

Had my first visit to Dina and it was fantastic. Dina is very welcoming and the room is super relaxing, I had a full body massage with specific focus on my back and neck which were issues I told her about. I will be back!
