I visited Moor Hearing as I had my two ears blocked. The service was excellent, Lee explained the procedure and made feel comfortable. Iwould definitely recommend them to my friends.

Great experience, super helpful staff who saw me right off the street. Couldn't hear much out of one ear, happy to say I now can! Quick and painless.

Hidden Hearing Plymouth is fantastic! I got my hearing aids about 3 years ago now and have been delighted with the quality of the product and the follow up service. Heather has been a joy as an provider and advisor. She explains everything clearly and concisely. I understand far more of what is going on with my hearing now. The technology is truly amazing, The aids have improved the quality of my life enormously and I am so impressed with the after care. Heather is always happy to take time to answer questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing, especially here in Plymouth! Elaine Rimron.

Heather was really knowledgeable and helpful during my assessment, didn't realise my hearing had become as bad as it had after doing pract9and hi tech tests. Didn't up sell, only recommended what I needed but the more expensive versions. Fitting arranged a week later with comprehensive explanation of what the hearing instruments or aids as I call them, can do. Offered to set up Bluetooth to my phone if needed and then remotely adjusted aids whilst testing my hearing. Highly recommended.

Had my yearly check today by Heather in Plymouth Hidden Hearing. Always very helpful and informative . Updated my hearing aids and now working even better, Jane the receptionist was very helpful while we were waiting. Also gave us a nice cup of tea and coffee with a friendly chat included. Would definitely recommend anyone to go to see them .
