A calm, peaceful, caring environment. Luxurious and varied treatment from a very skilled and kind lady. Wouldn't go to any other massage business. Don't need to prompt towards areas of pain and discomfort; Helen has such experience and knowledge that she naturally relieves any tension, knots, and aches. Leave feeling completely relaxed and revived. 1 hour deep tissue full body massage is excellent, especially for those that run often. 10/10 - LM

I had a wonderful deep tissue massage with Helen. She was warm and friendly from the outset and made me feel really welcome and relaxed. She was very thorough in her questions and really made sure she had a good history for me before she started my massage, so that she could properly tailor it to me. This was a gift from my husband and I was extremely impressed at his great choice; I think it was the best masage experience I have ever had. The treatments I’ve had have always been amazing & really beneficial to my physical and mental wellbeing. Ive seen her sports related massages, work related stress and to help with fertility! I’ve loved the aromatherapy & deep tissue massages and the fabulous reflexology (even though I don’t normally like my feet being touched!). The new bespoke treatment room is fantastic, really fresh, clean and relaxing- so peaceful and you don’t get disturbed by anyone or anything. Helen is very professional and certainly knows her holistic therapies. She really cares about her clients and always goes the extra mile to help where she can. I can’t fault the treatments I’ve had and will continue to see her and recommend her.

My first visit to Helen was a fabulous experience. She really takes the time to listen and assess your needs before thoroughly talking through the treatment. Her studio is warm, welcoming, and spotless, with a private area for undressing and the most amazing massage table I've ever used!
