I came to Arched aesthetics to get lip filler for the first time, I was really nervous and wasn’t quite sure how much I wanted. Jas was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable and helped me make the right choice, she was so kind throughout and I am obsessed with the results! The other girl working on the floor was also so nice. Will definitely be going back again.

I have been seeing jasmine for about a year now and have had nothing but good experience! She recently dissolved and re filled my lips after years of build up from various practitioners. This was a smooth process with a great result! Would highly recommend.

I booked in with Tristan to get my lips done after 3 years of her doing them previously. Tristan took the time to ask me what I felt like I wanted to achieve, and then had an honest conversation with me to say that she didn’t think I needed filler and that they had remained shape and volume well. Tristan took the time to explain my alternatives to achieve the look I wanted closer to my wedding day. I left my appointment feeling so confident and having so much trust in Tristan, I can’t thank her enough.

I've been seeing Tristan for treatments for over a year now. I recently had a chemical peel, I was a little apprehensive as I have dry, sensitive skin. Tristan talked me through the process and the product, and put my mind at ease. All I can say is WOW, why did I put it off for so long. I was impressed by Dr Strawford’s honesty really. The procedure I was interested was not suitable for me due to my health concerns and Dr Strawford explained at great length what treatments I couldn't have and why I shouldn't from a medical point of view. He also explained honestly what I could achieve by some alternative treatments other than I had originally wanted, and some others I hadn't even considered. It gave me quite a bit to think about and I am still considering if I want to go down that route or, perhaps go for something surgical and longer lasting. Dr Strawford's manner, medical background, experience and knowledge are reassuring. I decided to go to the clinic really on the basis that there was a qualified medical practitioner and not just a beautician with limited knowledge conducting procedures. I know I could have gone to a number of other places in and around the area and had any number of procedures done cheaper, without a medical consultation, and with potentially disastrous results, with no hope of recourse if the worst happened. So, for all the reasons listed above I would happily return to the clinic for treatments if and when I decide to do so in the near future.

From the moment I walked in to the clinic the whole team and staff were so friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease straightaway The treatment that I had done was carried out by Shannon who explained everything thoroughly and was so nice Wouldn’t hesitate in going back again in the future.
