The first waiter that served us was ignorant and didnt clean the flooring by the table. Then we had another serve us and unknown to us, she was the manager. We received great service by her and the flooring and table were cleaned, food order was taken swiftly and the food was moreish i have to say. She was polite and friendly, total credit to the team and overall made the experience a good one.

A friend of mine told me about this place, and I decided to visit. To be honest I didn't know anything about Medicine Bakery before and must have walked passed it loads of time. It's a really cool place with lots of tasty cakes. The menu is good and the atmosphere is relaxing. The staff are attentive and welcoming. This is my new favourite cafe in Brum.

Amazing brunch experience. The staff were so nice especially our server Ruxandra who was so friendly and attentive to all our needs. Our food came quickly and was sooo good. They were able to cater to my dietary requirements which was very thoughtful. Overall great experience, would come again.

I had the pleasure of stopping by Early Bird Bakery in Kings Heath today. For the main course, I enjoyed a Zinger chicken bun, which was amazing. My wife chose the spicy tuna toastie, and the bread was very soft and delicious. As a side dish, we had the spicy hash browns, which turned out to be fantastic. We can't wait to go back and have them again. Just before we left, we also ordered a variety of pastries. Overall, the experience was very pleasant, and I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Wow! The food here is absolutely amazing! This was the best meal we've had since moving here 8 months ago. I had the Turkish eggs and my partner had the apricot toast -she took a picture of hers but I didn't take the time to photograph mine. Both dishes were beautifully done! Cheers to the chefs! Also, shout out to Sandra who was super friendly and spot on with her knowledge of the flavors, etc. We will be back!

Good lord sir! I say. The most delectable dishes - absolutely delicious…. A harmony of great flavours great texture and lovely people. Crisp pastries, soft creamy cheesecake, buttery croissant, crunchy hash browns, succulent burgers, creative dips. Delectable.

I ordered a birthday cake for the first time. Flavours and taste is 10 on 10 moreover the customer service is very good although they don't deliver cake but in order to make my brothers birthday special they did it for me. They are ready to make efforts for their customer so I hope their business bloom more and more each and every day.

Ordered 40 boxes of mixed mithai for sons engagement. Agreed price and collection the next morning. Arrived 15 mins earlier than agreed but my order was packed and ready for collection. Good service, real good selection and options, nice and clean inside. TH

Very delicious cake I tried them many times and they always test nice any there price is affordable you can get a cake for £13 ,the Victoria cake was wonderful all my friends were asking me from where I bought it. For birthday and party we prefer Nafees and we are regular costumes.
