A real jewel in the crown of Birminghams food scene. The whole experience from start to finish was thoroughly enjoyable. Attentive staff, great atmosphere, food was amazing, especially that mackerel starter wow! It was our anniversary dinner and was made to feel very welcome - will definitely be coming back in the not too distant future! 10/10 guys.

The most amazing experience in Birmingham. We’ve been to Michelin starred restaurants but Orelle beats them hands down on service & food. The views are great, but surpassed by the attentive staff & food. Try it, you will not be disappointed. Big shout out to Rijan.

We had a really lovely afternoon tea here at Chez Mal today November 2022. Sonny our waiter was especially amazing, friendly and very attentive, Chez Mal also had a lovely surprise for us as we were a small group of friends who'd never physically met before. Thank you for making our afternoon even more delightful Sonny.

Amazing afternoon tea and service! I booked Chez Mal’s afternoon tea for my sisters birthday and it’s been the best afternoon tea experience we’ve had! Everything was delicious! There was nothing on the menu that we didn’t enjoy! 100% recommend!

Had the most enjoyable evening and the best service I have ever received at a restaurant. I could not fault. Great service and great staff! 1000/10.

I was surprised to find the restaurant was practically empty when we arrived at 7.30 on a Friday night - which made it all the more surprising that the food and service was absolutely impeccable. We were all happy with our dishes, and Betta's service really elevated the experience. She was attentive, positive, enthusiastic, and made good, relevant recommendations. Thank you Betta, for looking after us all night, and turning a good night out into a memorable one.

Excellent staff service Nice place for a fancy cup of tea or coffee.
