Pho is a family-run business founded by Stephen and Juliette Wall. They specialise in pho, the Vietnamese noodle soup. Pho is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant with loads of vegan and gluten-free options. They are an excellent destination for people who follow those particular diets. Pho serves a wide variety of authentic Vietnamese dishes and other Asian delicacies. Their menu has many starters, salads, pho, curry and rice, wok-fried noodles, vermicelli noodles, sides, desserts, vegan dishes and gluten-free meals. They also have loads of starters that are perfect for sharing with friends and family. Their broths are made in each restaurant by slowly simmering bones for a good 12 hours. Their vermicelli rice noodles are served with fresh herbs, beansprouts, veggie spring roll
and peanuts. Finish your meals with their delicious banana blossom salad made with tender beef, peanuts and star fruit.

Miss Vietnam is Birmingham's authentic Vietnamese restaurant located in the heart of the city's Southside district and the Latitude Apartments, Birmingham. This casual restaurant specialises in classic spring rolls, noodle and rice dishes. At Miss Vietnam, their food is distinct and unforgettable. Their food relies on a balance of salty, sweet, sour and hot flavours, achieved through the use of nuoc mam, a fermented fish sauce, cane sugar, the juice of Kalamansi citrus fruit or tamarind and chilli peppers. They use plenty of fresh herbs in their dishes. Their delicious Hanoi buns are made with lemongrass pork and crispy spring rolls. You can taste their eggplant pork rice served with spicy pork and aubergine braised in a clay pot.
