Pho is a family-run business founded by Stephen and Juliette Wall. You can find their healthy Vietnamese eatery in the heart of Birmingham; it's actually located inside Grand Central New Street train station. This healthy Vietnamese street food restaurant is specialising in pho noodle soup, as well as other tasty dishes like fresh salads & fragrant curries. Their menu has healthy noodles, pho, delicious salads and as well as an extensive drinks list, too. They also have a menu of quarter vegan and nearly entirely gluten-free. The restaurant provides a kid's meal and drinks at £5.50 and also offers colouring-in and games for kids to make them happy. Miss Vietnam is one of the best places for offering a fresh take on Vietnamese classics in a busy dining room. It is located in the Latitude Apartments, Birmingham. At Miss Vietnam, their cuisine is distinct and memorable. Their cuisine relies on a balance of sour, sweet, sour and hot flavours, achieved through the use of nuoc mam, a fermented fish appetiser, tasty cane sugar, the juice of kalamansi citrus fruit or tamarind and chilli peppers. They use lots of fresh herbs in their dishes. One of their delicious Hanoi buns is made with grilled lemongrass pork, grilled pork & crispy spring rolls. You can taste their eggplant pork rice, and it is served with spicy pork & aubergine braised in a clay pot.
