What a place to go to a Cornish pasty shop with parking. This place is an amazing shop offering wonderfull baked goods. I got the traditional Cornish pasty that was huge and baked to perfection, and upon opening it, I found it was bursting with filling absolutely gorgeous and wonderfully cooked. I also got a steak and cheese pasty with lovely, large cooked steak filling. As a chap from London, I have got used to what we call a pasty, so if you are ever in this neck of the woods, bag yourself one of these. The shop is very popular and very busy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Warning cake alert: You could go made with the huge selection of unbelievable sweet treats on offer. The place is so popular it even sells merchandise.

Accidentally found this spot because the restaurant I was meaning to eat at was closed. What a lovely surprise it was! I think we tried pretty much every pastry option (whoops), donuts, apple turnover, and the quiche!! Everything was delicious. The quiche, meat pie and big pig were my favorites. Definitely pop in if you’re in town.

We passed by here before heading back to London. Staff were helpful, and prices were reasonable. We bought a lot to share with family and friends. We had some during our service break with a nice coffee, and it was enjoyable. Authentic cornish pasties. Worth the detour.

CHOUGH BAKERY PADSTOW REVIEWS

Recently spent a few days in Padstow and after being turned away from two other bakeries who don’t accept cash, we stumbled upon this place. Had steak & Stilton pasty, sausage roll and a cream tea with my daughter. The staff were lovely, food was great and got me out of trouble after leaving my cards in the accommodation.. Only had cash and we had a job to buy lunch! Crazy times when businesses refuse cash, but glad this place does.

Ha breakfast in the hotel and had to hit the road. There was no way I was going to eat a pasty, and wasn't going to go to Padstow without eating one, so we got one for the road. I have just nailed it at home, cold, after a 4 hour non-stop drive, and it was like eating pure joy. I have a tear in my eye as even cold, it was superb. I now have to live with the fact that it will be 11 and a bit months before I can have another. Got a stuffed pastie as well which is ace.

What a wonderful spot - right on the harbour. We went for the traditional Cornish pasty, and it did not disappoint. We were just after a snack and bought one large one to share - was lovely. They also have some different options to tempt you back to try them all, the cheese and leak one is on my list next. There are some benches across the road to tuck in and watch the world (and boats) go by.

Sarah's Pasty Shop is by far the best pasty shop in Looe and the whole of Cornwall. Brian (aka #briantheshorkie) loves his treats from Karen and I adore the truly scrumptious pasties. Bacon cheese & leek is my favourite but you won't be disappointed with any of the fine food served there. Don't look at the cakes though. Absolutely delicious. With a Sarah's Pasty & cake you'll not need to eat for the rest of the day. This is a must visit and try place. 10/10 Simply irresistible!

So happy I managed to finally taste an authentic handmade gluten free pastie!! Incredibly tasty and the staff were so helpful, we went out of season so they had some gluten free pasties ready but they recommended calling the day before to order what you like so there is no risk of running out!

The BEST pasties and the BEST sausage roll I have ever eaten. When you see the lovely ladies making them fresh in the back you know you are in the right place. They were so delicious omg. Still dreaming about the sausage roll two weeks later lol.
