Very nice fish and chips!! We pre ordered via the website which was a good service. Arrived at the time we had placed the order for and it was all ready! Fish was cooked fresh as was the scampi and was lovely and light, the chips were perfect! A lovely treat.

My husband and I visited the shop in Padstow. It was the best gluten-free fish and chips I have ever had. I even had my own little pot of vinegar. The staff were very clued up about GF and were very friendly.

It was a real delight to be able to order my son a Gluten Free fish and chip, something back in Northern Ireland is a little hard to do. He loved it. Everything well labeled and server very clued in. Thanks so much for this incredible experience.

Delicious and fresh Haddock. Nice chunky, meaty fish, not greasy, not soggy. Crispy batter. Lovely proper chips. Not oily. Two years living in Cornwall and as a Yorkshire Lass I have very high standards for fish and chips and so far been disappointed with the fish & chips in Cornwall. The Coddy Shack however is very good and in my opinion the best in Cornwall ! Thank you.

We've had breakfast and dinner. We've been coming here for years. The breakfast is outstanding & highly recommended. It's worth the money!! The chicken burger is one of the best we've had and can recommend. The only disappointing part was the chips. They were hard like they had been triple cooked. We did struggle to eat the chips because of how hard they were. The portion size was perfect, shame they were hard. We've been coming for years & years, but the last two times have been the same. I would still recommend it, and the breakfast is the best we've ever had.

Can’t fault the place, exceptionally friendly staff. Great atmosphere and top tier cleanliness. Food was amazing, got the steak and was cooked to perfection. Even with a busy restaurant and small kitchen, food was above par and perfectly timed. Props to the whole team and the chef.

The cod was amazing, batter was perfectly crispy and light as well. Not even greasy at all. The chips were perfect and the amount was more than plenty! Service was spot on and the waitress was lovely, believe her name was Evie. Definitely recommend this place if you're ever in St Ives.

We had fish & chips. Absolutely delicious! A big portion, very good service. The staff were very friendly, helpful & professional. Would highly recommend this place.

As other reviewers have reported, my wife and I enjoyed a delicious fish meal. The cod and chips were excellent. Batter was crisp and fish flaky. Sole and salad was very tasty. Also enjoyed the draught cider and IPA. Portion sizes were large, service was super, atmosphere nice, great views of harbour, prices reasonable. Highly recommend. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.
