PAUL AINSWORTH AT NO6 REVIEWS
It's no surprise that No6 has a Michelin star, everything about our visit was exceptional. As soon as we walked inside, Jasper greater us with a smile and he, and all the other staff, made us feel so welcome. They left us a card to congratulate our wedding, along with personalised menus, which were a great souvenir. From the first bite to the last, the food was exactly what you would expect. Sensational. My only regret, is that my caveman palette isn't refined enough to truly appreciate some of the more intricate flavour profiles on offer.
Get ready for the most memorable moments with attention to detail that will delight and inspire your senses as well as blow your mind. The service is exceptional and chefs passion can be seen with every dish. Everything is just perfect and it doesn’t end when the meal is over as apart from personalised menu you have a treat to take away and enjoy later. That’s not the end as the Paul Ainsworth team have selected various tracks on Spotify to continue to enjoy and invoke memories of an amazing experience.
This is definitely my favourite restaurant. It was my 2nd time eating here and it was faultless. Paul Ainsworth was even there to serve us some of our courses and he was lovely. The level of detail that goes into every flavour is incredible using local ingredients. Beautiful food and beautifully executed. Such an experience and made our stay in Padstow.

SMUGGLERS COTT RESTAURANT REVIEWS
Very nice restaurant excellent staff very friendly. The atmosphere is amazing made to look old fashioned and pirate like. I had the beef carvery it was excellent. However there was no traditional pudding like apple pie etc and I had to get a pasty as I was still hungry.
A perfect evening. Honestly the best meal I’ve had this year. We found this place by happy accident. The food was outstanding and plentiful. The staff were attentive and friendly. Would love to visit again. I had the mackerel pate and the mussels in samphire and chorizo! My husband have the filet steak which he said melted in his mouth! If you’re in Looe, get yourself down here for a fantastic meal.
We visited while on our honeymoon. The food was very nice and priced similar to other local restaurants in Looe. Loved the quirky decor and setting and the service was very good. Would return if ever back in Looe again.

TRURO LOUNGE REVIEWS
Had a lovely time at brunch here today. The atmosphere is really nice. The lounge breakfast was impeccable, the service was great - I might be a bit partial because one of my best students was working there. And the service was fast. I even got a bloody Mary to go with the brunch which isn't on the menu.
Took my granddaughter for an early breakfast just as the lounge was opening. We had an excellent breakfast served by lovely and caring staff. The food was excellent and according to my granddaughter the strawberry milk shake was totally awesome. Dietary restrictions: My granddaughter is Coeliac and when I went to place her order, the staff had a supervisor come to take the order to ensure it was correct. When the food arrived, it was clearly marked with a little red flag so that staff knew it was gluten-free.
Had lunch here for the first time ever as my mum is gluten free and the gluten free menu and management of allergies is amazing. My mum had to order at the bar because of allergens but I ordered for myself and my daughters on the app. The food was very nice (although we had to remind two different servers that we'd ordered the side of hummus for my daughter - it came out when we had pretty much finished!) I found my coleslaw quite acidic but that's my taste. Others may like that. Two out of the four toilets had run out of loo roll and a lock on another had broken but another customer said she reported it. Apart from those very minor grievances, it was lovely and I would definitely go again. Dietary restrictions: Amazing vegan and gluten free menu. Big thumbs up!
