My son was very traumatised from a previous attempt at going to the hairdresser's, to which he was cornered with scissors and he ended up kicking and crying. We avoided them for years afterwards. I rang Dashing Blades in advance and explained the situation, they didn't seem phased and encouraged me to book but with a longer appointment just in case. My son viewed them all online and chose to book in with Cal. Cal was nothing but patient and gentle with my son. He was quick to relate to my son and helped him feel at ease. He really took his time and checked with my son before he did anything. Now he is happy to go there any time and always sits nicely. He's had 3 haircuts there now and I'm really proud of him, and really grateful to all at Dashing Blades for working with my son to overcome his fear. He has had his hair cut by Rob, who was just as lovely with him, but Cal is his favourite. I know this place has loads of good reviews, and they are all well deserved. Thank you all, you've really made a difference.

Incredibly friendly barbers in a great area, with lots to do - the price is slightly higher than others in the area, but this comes with incredible value and care.

Best Barbers in the city. All very friendly amazing customer service. Had my hair cut by all the babrers here over the time I have been a customer you cant go wrong with whoever you choose to cut your hair. . Never had any complaints and always leave with a great haircut.

Really clean and modern. The guys are all great. Best haircut I’ve ever had. Even the base level haircut is full of extras that you wouldn’t get elsewhere and the guys are a great chat and a good laugh. Perfect for a student budget too - and the Booksy system is really easy to use and most of all is consistent. Very unlikely that your booking will be messed up or rearranged. Hair type: I wear my hair in a low cut fade, textured on the top. The guys all listen the same way and cut it perfectly to your liking. Unlike some barbers out there they are multi-skilled and can easily cut mullets, faded buzz cuts, any style of hair pretty much.

What a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I get my hair cut by Dan; he is absolutely brilliant! Nothing is too much trouble, he always has time to listen and get your trim exactly as you want it. He gets the cut perfect and will always explain styling and how to get the most from the cut. Not to mention, he is a pleasure to chat to and we often have a good laugh as he cuts my hair. Stand up bloke and a fantastic barber, thank you Dan!

Been coming here since I first moved to Coventry. Always had phenomenal service. Today I came in with a particularly annoying request, having just had my ear pierced. Kamil was incredibly patient, and really considerate of my needs, and left me not only happy, but also with a sleek cut. Will definitely continue to come here, and would highly recommend anyone else does.

Very nice and detailed haircut experience I got here. I had my haircut from Mr.Gudar, and he was really kind and talkative. Really happy with the haircut and the peaceful ambience. Must visit for very cheap prices and such great haircuts.

Professional barbers. Rated 5/5 cos the trim and hair cut was really good and the staff is also very nice. Not like other barbers where they rush you and do not even bother doing it properly. Highly recommended barbers.
