I have recently started going to Bijoux Beauty. Jen is absoloutly amazing, so knowledgable about her products and treatments. Made me feel relaxed immediately, i have been interested in a none surgical face treatment for a long time. Jen explained the process in full, including the results i would see. I have to say i am so impressed, my skin is so much better, feels so good and seeing constant improvements. I have booked in further treatments which will compliment the treatment ove had. I cant wait to see the results in my next chapter, thank you Jen.

After trying lots of ways to reduce my lipedema ‘lumps’ I decided to try the fat dissolving injection. Jen was really honest with me about results and the possibility of it not working but i still wanted to give it a go. I am really pleased with the outcome so far; i have lost 1.5cm from my calf! I’ve just had my second and can’t wait for the results. I also had my botox sprinkles done too and i’m really pleased with them too! Bijoux is my new place to go for my aesthetic treatments!

I visited Bijoux in Sunderland for micro needling for the sixth time and love my skin after the treatment . Jen was my Therapist and would definitely recommend her The girls are lovely and the salon is so nice too .

I went to Sunderland hair and Beauty for the first ever time to have my nails done (never had nails before) for my upcoming wedding. Nicole and her team are absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. I was looked after by the very talented Jess and I whole heartedly took her recommendations. She answered all my questions and made me feel so welcome and at ease. Thank you all so very very much! I am thrilled!! I love them so much!

Nicole and the team are super friendly, professional and awesome at their treatments. The appointments are always on time. You feel very comfortable and relaxed when youre here. Ive had eye brows tint & shape, eyelash extensions, eyelash curl, manicure, gel nails, sun beds, full body tan, massage, Brazilian blow wave, cut and blow etc. Every treatment has been spot on. Cant wait for you guys to open again.

Had a 1 hour full body massage with Melissa and it was brilliant. She worked so hard to get all of the knots out of my back but still managed to make it a relaxing experience. Melissa was a lovely girl and I really couldn't fault any part of whole experience. The other staff I met were also friendly and helpful. Thank you so much.

The best eye lashes around!!!!! It’s literally my favourite place for beauty treatments!!!!!! I’ve been going to Debbie for eye lashes for nearly 10 years now and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else! They also do the best tan I’ve ever had. What I love about Debbie and the girls at the Beauty Lounge is that there’s never a hard sell, I’ve been advised against treatments based on what’s right for me. They are highly qualified, knowledgable and experienced........you really get expert advice!! Debbie really care about her clients and delivers a 5 star service.

First time but definately won't be my last. So professional and super friendly service. Charlotte did an exceptional job on my treatments. No hesitation in recommending for waxing, nails and eyelash extensions. Looking now at other treatments offered and deciding what to treat myself for next.

The beauty lounge is a lovely presented, pleasant place to have treatments done. The relaxed atmosphere completely makes you feel comfortable and the staff are amazing, always happy and professional. A must place to go, plenty of treatments to suit everyone's personal needs.
